The five development stages

• Envisioning. RichBrains meets with your business to define the vision and scope of the solution based on your business requirements and justification. We jointly determine the goals, objectives, assumptions and constraints. At a high level our experts define and document the solution based on the information you provide. The effort that we put in this stage leads to a superior result and that is what makes our services special.
• Planning. The simplest definition of our management is to plan the work and then work the plan. During the planning cycle we build on the Envisioning phase by specifying in detail the exact requirements, solution architecture and deliverables of your solution. Based on the knowledge gathered on the previous stage we determine a proper direction for your project and translate the requirements into tangible blueprint.
• Developing. After the hard work is done (the plan has been laid, the architecture in place and ctr.) our expert programmer will do the rest.
• Debugging and Stabilizing. Following our quest for excellence we just would not hand over the project to you unless we are confident that it would be exactly the way it is expected to work and how you want it to be. Before deploying your solution we ensure that you are absolutely satisfied that the solution meets your objectives, there are no issues to resolve and the system has been fully tested.
• Deploying. This phase is the transfer of the website from the development environment into the live site. We are confident that it will work as expected but we still have your best interest in mind and we launch the site in midst of proper security and quality control norms.
